Help with identifying this odd bass drum.

Pls help identifying this drum..

Two piece telescopic shell. Made of some kind of plastic, not wood though the interior has 3 2" reinforcement maple rings. 26" diameter.

It's definitely a Premier. Shell and lugs are identical to the Super 4. The difference is shell size and strainer.

Can anyone identify this drum for me?? Looks like a 50's Super 4 Royal Ace but it's only 2 1/2' depth and 13 1/2" diameter. There is 6 sideways placed lugs, chrome plated, beer-tap style strainer....
