By the 1960s & 70s W&A was still a very small East cost drum manufacture that produced some musical instruments for...

Camco (Oaklawn era) offered this as a cymbal attachment during the 1960s. Nothing special just a alternative to keep you from drilling your beloved K cymbals.

Hands down... the most common drum wrap for just about every vintage American drum manufacturer (from 1950 to 1970'ish) is BLACK DIAMOND PEARL (BDP).

From what I've read... "Thermogloss" was a Ludwig trade name for the heated process they used to apply the clear coat on natural maple finish shells...

Not many of these 1960s keystone kits were...

Nice walnut Gretsch drum set to play and enjoy... (*note) take a very close look at your RB badge on the bass drum... see how small the vent hole is... well that's not the correct badge type for a RB...
