No Jeff, Real builders build them that way. Bit more stagger on the slanted joints and of course, a round drum oven and presto, The SONOR full vibrating shell.

They are effect cymbals for stages and theaters. Like any triangle or crosscut saw.

They are all bent up, worse than my 15"A and 22" Sabian. So I`mm gonna guess there`s a large amount of copper...

Wheel bearing grease has nowhere to go. the bearings in your pedal will drop the grease. There should be plenty of grease in there.

The BD hoops are made of a carbon fiber or poly something, if you like wood hoops or metal, you`ll have to consider that too.
