Two big factors will be condition and whether it is the pointy badge or rounded corner edge. Nice 6.5s with the pointy badge bring a serious premium and have been for years.

I can't say for sure on the hoops. I've seen some painted hoops that matched the color of the drum before that were factory original. Some of the early WFL badges used a larger, thicker grommet that...
