Jeff, No it's a refin, as K.O. And Oddball have eluded. there are 10 lug acro's and the badge most certainly has been re applied the grommet isn't Factory Ludwig/

Jeff my original acrolite from 1969 has imperal lugs, I bought it brand new, Mike Layton also has one.

The black washers are correct for the lugs. The correct hardware is a chrome flat head screw a black lock washer and the chrome flat washers.
