The hinges on the case are broken and the Ludwig badge is loose (will spin around), other than that, I can't find any other issues with the drum other than it needs cleaning. It really does appear in great shape, I was going to ask $525 when I post it for sale. That being said, I saw your kit that you listed and know it would be going into the right hands if you bought it. I play a very rare instrument and know the feeling when something I need ends up in the hands of a collector. Others are interested, but if you could make me a fair offer before I respond to anyone else, it's yours.
